Please note: We will contact you to arrange payment. Your gift certificate will not be issued until payment is received. By purchasing the gift certificate you are agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed below.
Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
Gift certificates are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Recipients must redeem their gift certificate before the expiration date. Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances. We strongly recommend booking experiences well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Gift certificates cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for cash. Once purchased, the certificate is considered final. If the recipient cannot redeem the certificate, it may be transferred to another individual (see Transferability).
Gift certificates are transferable and may be given to another person if the original recipient cannot use them. The new holder must present the certificate details at the time of booking. The transfer does not extend the expiration date or alter any terms.
Gift certificates can be used to book any eligible diving experiences or courses, including Try Dives, PADI or BSAC certifications, and diving trips. Certificates cannot be used to purchase merchandise or any non-diving-related products unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled experience. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the certificate. If we cancel an event (e.g., due to weather conditions), you will be allowed to reschedule within the remaining validity period.
We cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates. Please keep your certificate safe, as unauthorized use will not be compensated or refunded.
Participants must meet the eligibility requirements for specific experiences. This includes age limits (minimum age is typically 10 years), health conditions, and prior certifications for advanced courses. A medical questionnaire may be required for certain activities.
