The cost of the voucher is £35. We will contact you to arrange payment. Your voucher will not be issued until payment is received. By purchasing the voucher, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
Try Dive Voucher Terms and Conditions
Try Dive Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Recipients must redeem their voucher before the expiration date. Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances. We strongly recommend booking experiences well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Try Dive Vouchers cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for cash. Once purchased, the voucher is considered final. If the recipient cannot redeem the voucher, it may be transferred to another individual (see Transferability).
Try Dive Vouchers are transferable and may be given to another person if the original recipient cannot use them. The new holder must present the voucher details at the time of booking. The transfer does not extend the expiration date or alter any terms.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled experience. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher. If we cancel an event (e.g., due to weather conditions), you will be allowed to reschedule within the remaining validity period.
Participants must meet the eligibility requirements for Try Dive activities. This includes age limits (minimum age is typically 10 years), health conditions, and completing a medical questionnaire if required.
