Promote Safe Diving Practices: Our primary goal is to ensure the safety of our members by providing comprehensive training and continuous education in line with BSAC standards. We aim to empower every diver with the knowledge and skills needed to dive responsibly.
Skill Development: We seek to enhance the diving proficiency of our members by offering advanced training opportunities, technical diving courses, and access to experienced mentors. Our goal is to help divers continually improve their skills and knowledge.

Nina Glazzard
Chair lady
Nina Glazzard is the proud Chair of Staffordshire Divers, bringing her passion for scuba diving, leadership, and community engagement to the forefront of the club. With years of diving experience under her belt, Nina is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment where divers of all levels can explore, learn, and grow together.
As an avid advocate for marine conservation and sustainable diving practices, Nina plays an active role in partnerships with organizations like BSAC. Under her leadership, Staffordshire Divers continues to be a hub for inclusivity, collaboration, and a shared love for the underwater world.
Nina’s vision for Staffordshire Divers is simple: to inspire a lifelong passion for diving, whether you're a beginner taking your first plunge or an experienced diver seeking new adventures. Her approachable nature and enthusiasm make her a true driving force behind the club’s vibrant and supportive community.
When she’s not diving, Nina enjoys exploring the great outdoors, sharing stories at club nights, and mentoring the next generation of divers. She believes in the power of teamwork, the joy of discovery, and the magic of the underwater world.
Lee Ingram
Diving Officer
Lee’s diving journey began in **September 2018**. Having enjoyed countless holidays exploring the underwater world, he was always eager to get qualified but put it off to avoid spending his vacation in training. However, after returning from a memorable holiday in 2018, Lee was determined to achieve his diving certification — and he hasn’t looked back since.
Since then, Lee has steadily progressed through his diving qualifications, completing his **Ocean Diver**, **Sports Diver**, and **Dive Leader** certifications. He is now well on his way to earning his **Advanced Diver** qualification.
Lee’s dedication to diving has seen him expand his expertise even further. He is now a qualified **Open Water Instructor**, **Diving for All Instructor**, **TDI Instructor**, and **SSI Instructor**, having successfully completed crossover certifications. His diverse skill set allows him to support a wide range of divers, from beginners to those seeking advanced technical training.
With his **Advanced Diver** training underway, Lee continues to build his knowledge and passion for diving, helping others develop their skills and confidence beneath the waves.
Claire Goodwin
Secretary
Claire Goodwin is a passionate open water swimmer who finds true joy in the freedom and beauty of the sea. Her love for the water has taken her to stunning coastal locations, where she embraces the challenges and rewards of open water swimming.
Claire’s deep connection with the ocean makes her a natural fit within the Staffordshire Divers community. While she may not dive beneath the waves as often, her adventurous spirit and love for the marine environment align perfectly with the club's values.
Whether she’s swimming in open waters or supporting Staffordshire Divers, Claire’s enthusiasm for the sea is contagious. Her energy and passion inspire others to explore, appreciate, and respect the incredible world beneath the surface.
Claire believes that the water offers something for everyone — be it swimming, diving, or simply enjoying the calming embrace of the sea. Her dedication to outdoor pursuits makes her a valued part of the Staffordshire Divers family.
Morgan Kilford-Wills
Welfare Officer
Growing up sailing & boating gave me many of the best memories I have to date, but I found my self wanting more. I wanted to be immersed instead of just on the surface. Diving had always been a dream of mine and I wanted to experience myself, the sport my dad had loved so much. I didn't realise how accessible this sport could be, untill I joined the club and became qualified through bsac as an ocean diver!
Diving is a fun sport to enjoy with fellow buddies and this club creates the perfect environment for exactly that. One of the my main aims is to help create a space where fellow divers feel a sense of community and where we can all achieve what we set out to.
Being one with the fish and in the water provides invaluable experiences and time away from the everyday problems with life. One of the best decisions i ever made was going for a try dive and starting this sport !
Paul Singh
Treasurer

As an experienced Assistant Instructor, Paul plays a vital role in helping new and seasoned divers alike gain confidence and enhance their skills in the water.

He’s always ready to lend a hand, whether it’s guiding a beginner through their first try dive or helping an experienced diver fine-tune their techniques.
In his role as Treasurer, Paul oversees the club’s finances with precision and care, ensuring that Staffordshire Divers continues to offer affordable and high-quality experiences for all its members. Toby Powell

Toby Powell is the dedicated Training Officer at Staffordshire Divers, bringing his wealth of experience and qualifications to help divers excel. As a qualified **PADI** and **BSAC** instructor, Toby's knowledge ensures divers of all levels receive expert guidance and support.

Booked in for a Try Dive with my daughter, and have to admit to being very nervous! Our instructor, Lee, was very friendly and made us feel quite at ease before getting started. He explained everything very well, and made us feel safe……he is very enthusiastic and clearly loves the sport! This helps a lot, as enthusiasm is quite infectious. Everyone there were very welcoming and encouraging. The dive was not as I had expected (don’t really know what I expected). It was great! I was super anxious and I don't know why now, loves every second of it. Next step is to try and get certified.

I've wanted to try diving for years, but being in Stafford made it quite... interesting. I found this group on Facebook and booked in for a try dive. They're really friendly and welcoming. After going for a try dive and being REALLY nervous, my worries were quickly put at ease, and now I'm hooked. I can't wait to finish my training to do some real diving with these guys.

A great vibrant Stafford Scuba Dive club! At Staffordshire Divers, they are all very enthusiastic and passionate about the sport but also about exploring and preserving the marine environment for all. They offer Try Dive Experience packages as well as very comprehensive training programs for all levels of ability, from the novice to the advanced.
They welcome all qualified divers from all affiliated organizations, as well as being fully recognized and supported by the national governing body BSAC. It's more like a community than just a club, as well as having a very active dive trip program both inland and sea dives in the UK & trips abroad. The social activity for all, including family members, is great fun. A credit to the dive community, keep up the fun and great works! 😃❤️

Very welcoming and inclusive Diving Club in Stafford. I went down to one of the club nights on a Wednesday to have a chat about obtaining my Diving Qualification and to meet some like-minded people.
