A new home for Wednesday club nights at Hickory's

CLUB NEWS · WEDNESDAY EVENINGS

New venue, familiar faces and more opportunities to learn together.

Join us at Hickory's

Staffordshire Divers has moved its Wednesday club evenings to Hickory's in Stafford.

Our usual club night starts at 8pm, with some members arriving from around 7pm for food or an earlier catch-up.

We normally meet in the room to the left of the bar. If it is occupied when you arrive, check in the bar area for club members.

More opportunities to share knowledge

Members asked for more teaching and opportunities to learn during club evenings. The screen and media facilities at Hickory's give us more scope for presentations, practical discussions and sharing diving experiences.

Topics can bring together newer divers and experienced members, with opportunities to ask questions and learn from one another.

What happens on a club night?

Wednesday evenings are a chance to get involved in the club beyond the water.

  • Meet other divers and get to know potential buddies.
  • Discuss diving plans, trips and training.
  • Ask questions about equipment and developing your skills.
  • Share experiences from recent dives.
  • Enjoy the social side of being part of a club.

New to the club? Come and say hello

You are welcome to come along if you are thinking about learning, returning after a break or already qualified and looking for people to dive with.

Meeting us is a straightforward way to ask questions and find out how the club works. Get in touch beforehand so we can look out for you.
